Great location, close to shopping and cultural sites, and friendly staff. The hotel was well-designed and clean, and the breakfast options were enjoyable. The staff spoke good conversational English, and the hotel had a museum worth visiting.

The air conditioning and heating units were old and musty, causing discomfort and inconvenience. The hotel's response to a bug bite was also disappointing, and overall, the negative aspects outweighed the positives.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel in the center of this city. The location was perfect, as it was close to many attractions like the Shaanxi Museum and the famous "Tower." The hotel facilities were top-notch, with stylish and comfortable rooms that provided a great night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who went above and beyond to assist me. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious choices.

We had a great stay at this hotel in the heart of Qujiang district. The hotel facilities were very stylish and had a touch of great Chinese imperial feel. The location was superb, just a 5-minute walk to some key tourist spots like the famous Big Goose Pagoda and the world’s largest music fountain show. We were able to conveniently access the underground station located just 2 minutes away from the hotel. The staff was very helpful, with some members going an extra mile to help us in choosing gluten-free meals, making room changes, and delivering extra blankets. Lastly, the hotel was very clean and the rooms were comfy, allowing us to have a good night's sleep.

This hotel is truly luxurious, with exclusive amenities that meet all your needs. The Spa & wellness centre is outstanding, with a range of massages such as full body and head massages, and a sauna. The indoor heated swimming pool is a must-visit, and the garden area is an ideal place to relax and unwind. The restaurant offers a wide range of delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area is perfect for socializing. We had an in-room breakfast which was a fantastic experience with excellent food quality.

There was only one minor issue with this hotel. The service was good, but not exceptional.

The hotel's location is fantastic, near Ta Yan Pagoda and Art Museum, with a mall and restaurants nearby. The staff, particularly Una Wen and her colleagues, provided excellent and professional service, fulfilling all our requests promptly. The lobby, bar, and overall design are impressive. Good concierge service and great breakfast.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location couldn't be better, with a shopping center just across the road and plenty of attractions nearby. The upscale neighborhood was delightful, especially Payan Pagoda. The room and bathroom were spacious and luxurious, with comfortable beds and plenty of pillows to choose from. The service was excellent, just like Kitty Yan assisting with local transportation info. Breakfast was delightful, with an amazing variety of dishes. access to the executive lounge was a plus.

The laundry charges were a bit high, but overall, it's still worth it.

Great location, walking distance to shopping and parks. We received two complementary drinks upon check-in, which was a nice touch. The room was spacious, modern, and had efficient air conditioning. Having a washer and refrigerator in the room was a bonus.

We missed having access to an executive lounge, which we have had at other Marriott properties in China.

The tour company recommended by the concierge provided incorrect information causing inconvenience to our travel itinerary. We also experienced a leaky shower and discomfort with the AC and heating system in the room.

We recently stayed at a 5-star hotel in Xi'an and were impressed by the luxurious amenities offered. The indoor swimming pool and Spa & wellness center were exceptional and we enjoyed relaxing in the sauna after our full body massage. The Garden area was beautifully landscaped and provided a peaceful atmosphere for private facilities. The in-room breakfast was a highlight, with a delicious selection of dishes. The restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a variety of tasty snacks and packed lunches for our day trips. The location was convenient, with easy access to the city's attractions.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the service. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, there were a few instances where we had to wait longer than expected for our requests to be fulfilled.
